This isn't another app my boarders have to download, is it?
No. Your boarders get a text with a link. They tap it, see the invoice with every charge itemized, and pay by card. Nothing to install, no account to create, no password to forget.
What if my boarders won't click links?
They will — it's a text from their barn, with their horse's name on the invoice. But if someone insists on mailing a check, you mark the invoice paid by hand. Paper still works.
Do I need new hardware?
No. It runs on the phone in your pocket. If your staff can send a text, they can log care.
What about my accountant?
Every invoice is itemized and exportable as CSV. Your accountant gets clean records instead of a shoebox of receipts.
I'm on spreadsheets now. How bad is switching?
An afternoon. Send us your horse and boarder list — even as a spreadsheet — and we'll load it. Setting up your charge rules takes about thirty minutes: price each service once, and you're done.
How is this different from stable management software?
Those try to run your whole barn. We do the money part: log the care, price it with rules, invoice it, collect it. If you like your current system for everything else, keep it.
Who sees my barn's data?
You do. We don't sell data, and your numbers are visible only to you and the people you choose.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Monthly, no contract. Your data — horses, boarders, history, all of it — exports with you.
